How much does a renovation cost?
It depends on the house. We don't guess prices over the phone: after the visit you get a written, itemised quote.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the work. Sometimes a simple notice to the town hall is enough; sometimes you need a technical declaration or a licence. We'll tell you at the visit.
Who does the work?
A local building company with its own team and liability insurance. Its details are in the quote and the contract. We run the project and are your single point of contact.
What VAT applies?
10 % if it's a private home, finished more than two years ago, and materials are no more than 40 % of the job. Otherwise 21 %.
